If allowed to continue the crisis will further the damage now being done to the fabric of our society.
Something urgently needs to be done we cannot understand why our Government seems totally reluctant to move on this issue other than to shift the blame and say it is a problem for the Reserve Bank. Everyone agrees that this problem is complex and that there are no “easy fixes”. However we believe there are solutions and this paper sets out to provide some answers.
